We are sure to give you peace of mind while you’re away from home with options for Deluxe Boarding and Standard Boarding. Our raised beds and blankets provide comfort and security for restful sleep.
food and medication
Food must be packaged in separate zip-lock bags or meal containers already measured and marked with the pet’s name for each day your pet will be our guest. Canned food and meal toppers are accepted in their original container or zip-lock but must be labeled with your pets name.
Each pet’s medication should be individually labeled with the pet’s name, dosing instructions, and frequency in a zip-lock bag.
Diabetic Pets - We will give insulin to your pet at a charge of $3 per day.
what not to bring
Bed, blankets, toys and bones. We will not accept big bags of food or full bottles of medication (unless it’s liquid)

A deposit of 50% must be made at the time of reservation. A reservation cannot be confirmed without deposit. See our cancellation policies here.
new boarding guest
New customers must have a 1 night trial boarding stay prior to a multiple night stay. This is to ensure your dog is comfortable and able to stay overnight. Guests can make a Temperament Test reservation and Boarding Trial on the same day. Dogs that have not been in our facility in over 3 months must be reassessed. A reassessment fee of $35 is required. New guest can visit the Customer page to make a reservation.

check in and check out
For boarding, please make sure to drop off your pet before 3 p.m. This gives your furry friend enough time to settle in and our staff enough time to take all necessary precautions before closing. If you need to drop off your dog after 3 p.m., please get prior approval from management. Please be aware that a $20 late fee will be added to your invoice at check-out.
You can pick up your pet from daycare or boarding at any time during our regular business hours. We will collect the balance before picking up your pet. If you do not inform us of your late arrival to pick up your dog, we will have to board your dog for the night after our closing time exceeds 15 minutes.
It is highly recommended that you schedule an exit bath for your pet before leaving. This will ensure that your pet returns home clean and doesn't bring any wet or smelly odors, as they will have interacted with other pets during their stay. The exit bath is typically done as close to your pet's pickup time as possible.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required other than Holidays and Peak Seasons when a 100% deposit is required. Holiday and Peak seasons for 2024 are:
New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Fall Break (Nov. 23 - Dec.1) and Winter Break (Dec. 21 - Jan 5, 2025)
cancellation
Cancellation Policy for Boarding during non peak seasons - A 7 day notice is required for any cancellations, shortening, or rescheduling without incurring a fee. The deposit will be refunded as store credit only. Notice less than 7 days will incur a 20% fee; less than 3 days will incur a 50% fee and less than 48 hours will be charged in full.
Cancellation Policy for Boarding during peak seasons - Deposits made during peak seasons and holidays are non-refundable.
